Cosmoeurhythmie A Soul Journey Through Music, Movement & the Language of the Stars

Cosmoeurhythmie is a profound art of movement that harmonises the human body with the rhythms of the cosmos — a living bridge between music, sacred geometry, and the starlight that flows through all living things.

In this unique two-day workshop, you will be guided through a series of movement sequences rooted in the Damanhurian tradition — gentle, intentional, and deeply attuned to the energies of the universe. No prior dance experience is needed. You come as you are.

Each movement tells a story written in the language of the stars. Through breath, rhythm, and inner listening, you will learn to feel the subtle currents that animate all life — and to let your body become an instrument of that cosmic symphony.

The workshop unfolds over two full days, allowing space for the practice to settle, for insights to arise naturally, and for community to form among those who walk this path together. It is as much an inner journey as an outer one.

Whether you seek healing, creative awakening, a deeper connection to the cosmos, or simply a way to return to yourself — Cosmoeurhythmie holds space for all of it.
